International Marketplace Manager (m/f/d)

Are you ready to play a decisive and active role in shaping the development of sustainable e-commerce management at IronMaxx, to realise your potential and become our expert in this field?
 
 True to the motto ‘E-commerce is not an industry; e-commerce is a tactic’, you will take our e-commerce to a new level, especially together with our SCM, purchasing and logistics team.

Your Tasks

Operational

  • Managing and developing the Amazon presence, as well as the online presence on other marketplaces globally
  • Steering and controlling all marketplace processes
  • Implementing new products
  • Monitoring our own products and competitor products on Amazon and other marketplaces globally
  • Planning, managing, and analyzing product and campaign performance, and creating data-driven reports
  • Executing sales activities to further boost our online sales channels
  • International scaling of the product portfolio
  • Maintaining, controlling, and optimizing product data, especially with regard to SEO
  • Review management on international marketplaces
  • Regular reporting to the International Head of eCommerce and the C-Level
  • Interface management with relevant departments

Strategic

  • Budget and revenue responsibility
  • Optimization of product listings in our portfolio on international marketplaces
  • Purposefully driving internationalization on online marketplaces
  • Analyzing existing activities based on KPIs and deriving actionable recommendations
Your Qualification

Education

  • Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on e-commerce

Experience

  • Relevant professional experience in managing brands and products on marketplaces (Amazon, Otto, eBay, etc.)
  • Ideally, you are familiar with Amazon mechanisms

Professional Skills

  • You are familiar with terms such as A+ content, bestseller flag, buybox or FBA
  • Proficient in MS Office and merchandise management systems
  • Excellent written and oral command of German and English

Soft Skills

  • Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Sales and results-oriented approach
  • Initiator and pursuer of own ideas

Du bist bereit, den Aufbau eines nachhaltigen E-Commerce-Managements bei IronMaxx maßgeblich und aktiv mitzugestalten, Dich selbst zu verwirklichen und unser Experte auf diesem Gebiet zu werden?
  
 Ganz unter dem Motto „E-commerce is not an industry; e-commerce is a tactic“ hebst Du insbesondere gemeinsam mit unseren SCM, Einkauf und Logistik Team unser E-Commerce auf eine neue Ebene.

Das erwartet Dich

Operativ

  • Betreuung und Entwicklung des Amazon-Auftritts sowie des Online-Auftritts weiterer Marktplätze auf globaler Ebene
  • Steuerung und Kontrolle aller Marktplatz-Prozesse
  • Implementierung neuer Produkte
  • Monitoring der eigenen Artikel und Konkurrenzartikel auf Amazon und weiteren Marktplätzen auf globaler Ebene
  • Planung, Steuerung und Analyse der Performance von Produkten und Kampagnen sowie Erstellung datenbasierter Berichte und Reports
  • Operative Umsetzung der Sales-Maßnahmen, um unsere Online-Vertriebskanäle weiter zu pushen 
  • Internationale Skalierung des Produktangebots
  • Pflege, Kontrolle und Optimierung von Produktdaten, insbesondere mit Blick auf SEO
  • Bewertungsmanagement auf internationalen Marktplätzen
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting sowie Berichtslinie an den International Head of eCommerce sowie das C-Level 
  • Schnittstellenmanagement mit relevanten Abteilungen 

Strategisch

  • Budget- und Umsatzverantwortung
  • Optimierung von Produktlistings unseres Sortiments auf internationalen Marktplätzen 
  • Gezieltes Antreiben der Internationalisierung auf Online-Marktplätzen
  • Analyse bestehender Aktivitäten anhand von KPIs sowie Herausleitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
Das bringst Du mit

Bildung

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit E-Commerce Schwerpunkt

Erfahrung

  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Management von Marken und Artikeln auf Marktplätzen (Amazon, Otto, eBay, etc.)
  • Bestenfalls bist Du mit Amazon-Mechanismen vertraut

Fachliche Kenntnisse

  • Begriffe wie A+ Content, Bestseller-Flag, Buybox oder FBA sind Dir nicht unbekannt
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office und Warenwirtschaftssystemen
  • Sehr gute Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und Englisch

Soft Skills

  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeit und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Absatz- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
