Das erwartet Dich

Operativ

Betreuung unserer Social Media Auftritte (Community Management und Contenterstellung)
Nachhaltiges Beziehungsmanagement zu unseren Content Creatorn und Koordination ihrer Aktivitäten (Briefings zu Produktneuheiten, Werbeaktionen und -rabatte, etc.)
Monitoring, Analyse und Auswertung unserer Social Media Aktivitäten anhand von Zielvorgaben

Strategisch

Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen Influencer-Marketingstrategie zur Steigerung von Markenbekanntheit und Umsatz
Identifikation, Akquise und Pflege von Beziehungen zu unseren Content Creatorn
Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Influencer Marketingkampagnen (relevante KPIs, ROI, etc.)
Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Team zur Entwicklung kreativer Kampagnenideen
Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung zielgruppenspezifischer Kampagnen sowie passender Maßnahmen auf unseren Social Media Kanälen

Das bringst Du mit

Bildung

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Bereich, wie z.B. Marketing oder Kommunikation

Erfahrung

Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Social Media/Online Marketing, vorzugsweise in der Fitness- oder Lifestylebranche
Nachweisliche Erfolge in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Influencer-Marketingstrategien
Erfahrungen in der Netzwerkpflege sowie in Aufbau/Koordination von Online Communities auf diversen Online-Plattformen

Fachliche Kenntnisse

Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Analyse von Markt- und Trenddaten sowie im Monitoring von Kampagnenleistungen
Redaktionelle Erfahrungen sowie Erfahrungen in der Videobearbeitung, z.B. mit CapCut
Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office und der Meta Analyseplattform

Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten

Are you an expert in the world of influencer marketing and eager to revolutionize the fitness and nutrition industry?

True to the motto "Turning aspiration into inspiration and inspiration into action" , you will present our brand in new ways and expand our reach through creative partnerships with content creators.

Your Tasks

Operational

Supporting our social media presence (community management and content creation)
Sustainable relationship management with our content creators and coordination of their activities as well as briefing on new products and web promotions and discounts
Monitoring, analysis and evaluation of our social media activities based on targets

Strategic

Development and implementation of a holistic influencer marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and sales
Identifying, acquiring and maintaining relationships with our content creators
Planning, implementation and evaluation of influencer marketing campaigns (relevant KPIs, ROI, etc.)
Collaboration with our team to develop creative campaign ideas
Responsibility for the development and implementation of target group-specific campaigns and suitable measures on our social media channels
Continous market, trend and competitive analysis for strategy optimization
Preparation of reports in collaboration with our content creators and derivation of recommendations for action and optimization

Your Qualification

Education

Completed training or degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or communications

Experience

Relevant professional experience in social media/online marketing, preferably in the fitness or lifestyle industry
Proven success in the development and implementation of influencer marketing strategies
Experience in network maintenance and building/coordinating online communities on various online platforms

Professional Skills

Sound knowledge of analyzing market and trend data and monitoring campaign performance
Editorial experience and experience in video editing, e.g. CapCut
Very good user knowledge of MS Office and META Analyse-Plattform

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Structured, reliable and independent way of working
Openness to new situations and self-confident demeanor
High degree of flexibility and creative expression
Business fluent in German and English, other languages an advantage
