Your Qualification
Education - Completed training or studies in a relevant field, e.g. marketing or communication
Experience- Relevant professional experience in social media/online marketing for consumer goods or fitness/lifestyle products
- Proven success in developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies
- Experience in network maintenance and in building/coordinating online communities on various online platforms
Professional knowledge- Profound knowledge in analyzing market and trend data as well as monitoring campaign performance
- Editorial experience as well as experience in creating reels and video editing via CapCut
- Knowledge of the most common social media platforms as well as in the area of paid social/meta ads/insights
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office
Soft skills- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Structured, reliable and independent way of working
- Openness to new situations and a confident manner
- A high degree of flexibility and creative expression
- Fluent German and English
