As Head of Logistics Europe (m/f/d), you will take full responsibility for building, managing, and optimizing our European logistics network across the entire IronMaxx supply chain.
You will play a key role in shaping the future of our European material flows – from production to the end customer – with a clear focus on efficiency, delivery reliability, and cost optimization.

Strategic
Expansion and internationalization of the European forwarding and warehouse network
Development of network strategies for FMCG supply, 3PL management, and international expansion
Ensuring compliance in customs, export, dangerous goods, and shipping documentation
Close collaboration with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Operations
Operational
Management of goods flows (B2B, B2C, retail) from production to the end customer
Selection, management, and performance monitoring of international logistics service providers
Monitoring delivery reliability and escalation management in case of deviations
Coordination of retail business with a focus on volume management and distribution optimization
Controlling & Performance
Development and analysis of KPI dashboards (costs, delivery reliability, returns, lead times)
Responsibility for budget, efficiency programs, and process improvements
Leadership
Leading, developing, and motivating the logistics team
Close collaboration with international partners
Representing the logistics department in strategic projects
