- Kunden- und serviceorientierte Betreuung der Auftragsannahme und -abwicklung
- Erfolgreiche und kundenorientierte Beratung unserer Kunden (off-/online, Telefonberatung)
- Gezielte Steuerung und Sicherstellung der reibungslosen Betreuung unserer Kunden (Reseller, Lebensmitteleinzelhandel, Handelsagenturen, Marketplaces und Endkunden)
- Abstimmung mit der Logistik zur Warenverfügbarkeit
- Schnittstellenmanagement mit den Bereichen Vertrieb, Logistik, Marketing, Finance und Supply Chain
- Verantwortung für die Reklamationsabwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Logistik
Dein Skillset - stark wie unser Protein
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Groß- und Außenhandel
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Vertriebsinnendienst und/oder Customer Service
- Sichere Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und lösungsorientierte Problembehandlung
