Kreditoren- und Finanzbuchhaltung
- Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen
- Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Zahlung aller Verbindlichkeiten
- Erstellung und Durchführung von Zahlläufen
- Pflege, Überwachung und Abstimmung der Kreditorenkonten
- Klärung von Rechnungsdifferenzen sowie offenen Posten
- Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und internen Fachabteilungen
- Intercompany-Abstimmungen und -Buchungen
- Mitwirkung in der Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Waren- und Vorratsbuchhaltung inkl. Vorratsbewertung
- Buchung und Überwachung von Rückstellungen
- Kurz- und langfristige Liquiditätsplanung
- Buchung von Banken und Kassen
- Pflege, Überwachung und Aktualisierung von Stammdaten
- Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Übermittlung der USt-Voranmeldungen
- Erstellung von Intrastat- und One-Stop-Shop-Meldungen
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Kreditorenmanagements
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der weiteren Digitalisierung und Automatisierung unserer Buchhaltungsprozesse
Dein Skillset - stark wie unser Protein
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Büro-, Industrie- oder Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/-frau), idealerweise mit buchhalterischer Weiterbildung
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung, gerne auch mit erweiterten buchhalterischen Aufgaben
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP, von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität
- Teamfähig, kommunikationsstark und lösungsorientiert
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Offen für Neues, flexibel und motiviert, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten
