Als Quality Manager im Bereich Bedarfsplanung bist du verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Datenqualität, Prozesse und Forecast-Genauigkeit innerhalb der Bedarfsplanung. Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung der Planungsqualität und Effizienz. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen Schnittstellenbereichen zusammen

- Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Daten- und Prozessqualität in der Bedarfsplanung
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der täglichen SOPs sowie der fristgerechten Erledigung der definierten Prozesse und Aufgaben
- Analyse und Monitoring von Forecast-Genauigkeit, Planungsabweichungen und relevanten KPI
- Identifikation von Fehlerquellen und Optimierungspotenzialen in Prozessen und Datenstrukturen
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Qualitätsstandards, Richtlinien und Best Practices
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Supply Chain, Einkauf, Vertrieb und weiteren relevanten Schnittstellen
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Planungstools und Systemen
- Durchführung von Datenanalysen und Reporting zur Entscheidungsunterstützung
- Schulung und Unterstützung der beteiligten Teams hinsichtlich qualitätsrelevanter Prozesse
- Mitwirkung bei Prozessoptimierungs- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
Dein Skillset - stark wie unser Protein
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Qualitätsmanagement, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement, Prozessqualität, Datenqualität oder Prozessoptimierung
- Erfahrung im Supply Chain oder Demand Planning Umfeld ist von Vorteil, aber keineswegs eine Voraussetzung
- Sehr gutes analytisches Verständnis sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenanalysen und Reporting (z. B. Excel oder ähnliche Tools)
- Hohe Prozessaffinität und Interesse daran, komplexe Abläufe zu verbessern
- Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
