Ready to perform? Deine Aufgaben mit MAXXimalem Fokus
- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen in Revision und Qualitätsmanagement
- Durchführung, Dokumentation und Auswertung interner Routine-Kontrollen
- Schnittstelle zwischen Revision, Qualitätsmanagement, und anderen Fachbereichen: Kommunikation, Abstimmung und Weitergabe relevanter Informationen
- Mitwirkung bei der Identifikation von Prozessabweichungen sowie Einleitung von Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Erstellung von Auswertungen, Berichten und Statusübersichten für die Fachbereiche
- Administrative Unterstützung (z.B. Pflege von Dokumentationen, Terminorganisationen, Maßnahmenverfolgung)
- Sorgfältige und termingerechte Durchführung zugewiesener Kontrollen und Aufgaben
- Verbindliche Kommunikation mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern
- Eigenständige Organisation und Priorisierung im Rahmen der Springerfunktion
- Einhaltung und Förderung der IronMaxx Qualitätsstandards
- Sonstige unterstützende Aufgaben und Projekte im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement
Dein Skillset - stark wie unser Protein
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder Bachelor-Abschluss im Lebensmittelbereich
- Erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Revision, Qualitätsmanagement oder Prozesskoordination wünschenswert
- Organisationsgeschick, Flexibilität und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
- Teamfähigkeit sowie sichere und klare Kommunikation
- Grundkenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Datenpflege und Dokumentation
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
