Als IT Systemadministrator bist du Teil unseres IT-Teams und sorgst für einen stabilen und reibungslosen Betrieb unserer IT-Systeme. Du unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden im Alltag und übernimmst eigenständig administrative Aufgaben in unserer Infrastruktur.

Operativer IT-Support & Helpdesk
- Betreuung des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports für die Unternehmensgruppe
- Annahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Incidents und Serviceanfragen
- Direkter Anwendersupport (Clients, Drucker, Peripherie)
- Administration der Microsoft 365 Umgebung (User, Rollen, Berechtigungen)
- Betreuung von Exchange
- Exchange, OneDrive und SharePoint
- Durchführung von On- und Offboarding-Prozessen
- Betreuung der Windows-basierten Systemlandschaft (Clients & Server)
- Unterstützung beim Betrieb von virtuellen Umgebungen (Hyper-V)
- Durchführung von Backup- und Restore-Prozessen (z. B. Arcserve)
- Grundlegende Administration von Synology-Systemen
- Unterstützung bei Firewall- und Netzwerk-Themen (OPNsense)
- Monitoring von Systemen und Unterstützung bei Fehleranalysen
- Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
- Unterstützung bei Rollouts und neuen IT-Lösungen
Dein Skillset - stark wie unser Protein
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im IT-Support oder in der Systemadministration
- Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Umgebungen und Microsoft 365
- Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerken (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Erste Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung und Backup-Lösungen
- Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
