Als Senior IT Systemadministrator übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in unserer IT. Du stellst nicht nur den stabilen Betrieb sicher, sondern treibst aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer Infrastruktur voran. Gemeinsam mit dem Teamlead arbeitest du an strategischen Themen und bringst eigene Ideen in unsere IT-Landschaft ein.

Betrieb & Verantwortung
- Technische Verantwortung für Teile unserer IT-Infrastruktur
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen und performanten Systembetriebs
- Unterstützung im 2nd-Level-Support bei komplexeren Incidents
- Planung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Systemlandschaft (On-Prem & M365)
- Optimierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen (z. B. mit PowerShell)
- Analyse, Konsolidierung und Einführung neuer Technologien und Tools
- Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft 365 Umgebung
- Verantwortung für Identity- und Access-Management
- Optimierung von Collaboration- und Workplace-Lösungen
- Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Server- und Virtualisierungsumgebung (Hyper-V)
- Verantwortung für Backup-Strategien und Restore-Prozesse
- Betreuung von Storage-Lösungen (z. B. Synology)
- Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung von Firewall- und Sicherheitslösungen (z. B. OPNsense)
- Analyse und Verbesserung der IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
- Monitoring und Performance-Optimierung
- Mitarbeit und ggf. Leitung von IT-Projekten
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von technischen Dokumentationen
- Unterstützung bei Rollouts und Infrastrukturprojekten
Dein Skillset - stark wie unser Protein
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT-Systemadministration
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows- und Microsoft 365 Umgebungen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerken (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung (Hyper-V und VMware) und Backup-Lösungen
- Erfahrung in Automatisierung (PowerShell)
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Firewall- und Security-Themen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
