As Head of Logistics & Network Operations, you are responsible for building, steering, and optimizing IronMaxx’s outbound logistics network across Europe and international markets.

You ensure reliable and scalable product flow from production and warehouse operations to customers and retail partners – with a strong focus on service level, transportation performance, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.

Together with your team and external logistics partners, you drive the continuous development of IronMaxx’s logistics setup and create scalable structures for future growth.

Logistics Strategy & Network Development

Responsibility for IronMaxx’s outbound logistics operations across B2B, B2C, Retail, and international distribution channels
Further development and international scaling of the European logistics and transportation network
Develop network strategies for FMCG distribution, 3PL management, and operational scalability
Ensure efficient warehouse, transportation, and fulfillment structures across all operational flows
Drive logistics optimization initiatives with a strong focus on service quality, delivery performance, and cost efficiency
Ensure compliance with customs, export, transportation, and logistics-related regulatory requirements

Operational Logistics Management

Manage and optimize product flows from production and warehouse operations to end customers and retail partners
Selection, steering, and performance management of international logistics and transportation providers
Ownership of delivery performance, shipment quality, escalation management, and operational issue resolution
Coordination of retail and key account logistics processes with focus on volume management and distribution efficiency
Ensure scalable logistics execution during periods of growth, promotions, and operational peaks

Performance & Cost Management

Ownership of logistics KPIs including service level, delivery performance, transportation costs, returns, and lead times
Develop transparent reporting structures and logistics performance dashboards
Responsibility for logistics budgets, cost optimization initiatives, and operational efficiency programs
Identify and implement process improvements across logistics operations and external partner management

Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration

Lead, develop, and motivate the Logistics team and external operational interfaces
Close collaboration with Forecasting, Supply Chain, Sales, eCommerce, Finance, and Operations
Act as the central logistics sparring partner for operational and commercial stakeholders
Represent Logistics in strategic projects, transformation initiatives, and international expansion topics

Your skillset - as strong as our protein

Several years of leadership experience in Logistics, Transportation, Fulfillment, or Network Operations within fast-moving environments
Strong understanding of European logistics structures, FMCG distribution, and outbound supply chains
Proven experience in 3PL steering, transportation management, and logistics network optimization
Experience in scaling logistics operations within eCommerce, Retail, or FMCG environments
Strong hands-on mentality combined with operational execution strength and problem-solving capabilities
Experience with logistics KPIs, cost optimization, and operational performance management
Confident use of ERP systems and logistics-related reporting tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners
Business fluent English, German is a plus
