Operational Responsibilities
- Organization and monitoring of timely outbound shipments and international transport operations
- Monitoring of adherence to delivery deadlines, cost budgets, and quality standards
- Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations regarding export and customs requirements
- Contribution to the optimization of international logistics processes across the entire supply chain
- Preparation, verification, and management of all required customs and export documentation within ATLAS
- Communication and negotiation with customs authorities, logistics service providers, and international partners
- Advising internal departments on logistics-related topics, e.g., customs procedures, Incoterms, and/or delivery terms (SLAs)
Your skillset - as strong as our protein
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent qualification
- Substantial professional experience in international logistics management, preferably within the export sector involving B2B clients
- In-depth knowledge of transport logistics (road, sea, air) and warehouse management
- Solid understanding of Incoterms, customs tariff numbers, and trade agreements
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to work
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and intercultural competence
- Business-fluent proficiency in German and English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage
