IT Infrastructure & System Administration
- Administration, maintenance, and optimization of the company's IT infrastructure
- Management of Windows Server and Hyper-V environments
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring system performance, availability, and reliability
- Administration of backup, storage, and recovery solutions
- Maintaining and improving IT security standards and system stability
Microsoft 365 & Workplace Services
- Administration of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- User, role, and permission management
- PowerShell scripting and automation of recurring tasks
- Management and support of workplace technologies and endpoint devices
Network, Security & Backup
- Administration and maintenance of network infrastructure
- Configuration and management of firewall systems, especially OPNsense
- Monitoring and optimization of network performance and connectivity
- Management of Arcserve backup solutions and Synology storage systems
- Ensuring data security, backup integrity, and disaster recovery readiness
Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Standardization and automation of IT processes
- Evaluation and implementation of new technologies and infrastructure improvements
- Documentation of systems, processes, and best practices
- Exploration and implementation of AI-powered tools and automation opportunities

Required Qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in system administration, IT infrastructure, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills
- Experience with Hyper-V virtualization environments
- Solid experience with Arcserve backup solutions and Synology storage systems
- Hands-on experience with firewall systems (e.g. OPNsense)
- Good understanding of networking concepts and IT security fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with a high level of ownership
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Terminal Server (RDS) environments
- Experience with IT automation and scripting
- Knowledge of cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments
- Experience in fast-growing and scalable IT environments
- Interest in emerging technologies and AI-driven solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments
