Do you love finding the right people for challenging positions, actively reach out to candidates, and view recruiting as a strategic success factor? Would you like to take responsibility for the entire recruiting process, provide professional advice to business units, and actively help shape IronMaxx’s continued growth? In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing challenging recruiting projects from needs analysis through to successful placement. You’ll work closely with managers, executive leadership, and the talent acquisition team, develop search strategies tailored to specific target groups, and ensure a professional candidate experience.

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Independently manage the full recruitment process for specialist, leadership, and key positions
- Conduct requirement analyses and kick-off meetings with the relevant departments
- Develop tailored recruiting, sourcing, and candidate outreach strategies
- Proactively approach suitable candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, business networks, databases, and other channels
- Conduct structured interviews and provide a well-founded assessment of candidates’ professional and personal competencies
- Prepare professional candidate profiles and decision-making documents for managers and the executive team
- Support candidates throughout the entire selection process through to contract signing
- Ensure a respectful, fast, and transparent candidate experience
Stakeholder Management & Advisory
- Advise managers professionally on candidate markets, role requirements, salary structures, and recruiting strategies
- Work closely with hiring managers, People & Organization, and the executive team
- Critically review role requirements and develop realistic search strategies
- Provide regular reporting on pipelines, likelihood of successful placement, market feedback, risks, and required decisions
- Manage external recruitment agencies and recruiting service providers when needed
- Ensure clear communication and reliable process management for all stakeholders
Processes, Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Continuously optimize recruiting processes, interview standards, and selection methods
- Develop and implement suitable assessments, case studies, and trial tasks
- Build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines for strategically relevant positions
- Analyze relevant recruiting KPIs such as time-to-hire, conversion rates, source quality, and offer acceptance
- Support employer branding and talent marketing initiatives
- Contribute to the further development of recruiting systems, tools, and automation
- Actively monitor labor market, competitor, and recruiting trends
Your skillset - as strong as our protein
- Several years of professional experience in in-house recruiting, executive search, or a recruitment consultancy
- Proven experience independently managing the recruitment of demanding specialist and leadership positions
- Strong expertise in active sourcing and working with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems such as Personio
- Strong understanding of candidate markets, search strategies, and modern selection methods
- High level of advisory competence and confidence when working with managers and executive leadership
- Ability to assess candidates in a structured, critical, and objective manner
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- High level of ownership, reliability, and results orientation
- Structured working style and the ability to prioritize multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Experience recruiting within FMCG, food, or logistics-related functions is an advantage
- Experience with international recruitment projects or executive search is also an advantage
