General Projects & Organization
In addition to event-related activities, you will support selected projects and organizational topics across the company.
Depending on current business needs, these may include, for example:
You will work closely with the respective departments involved and provide support wherever strong organizational skills and execution power are needed.
- Plan, organize, and execute national and international trade fairs and events as part of the team
- Take ownership of your own areas of responsibility and defined sub-projects
- Research and evaluate suitable events, locations, service providers, and partners
- Contribute to the development of creative trade fair and event concepts
- Create and maintain timelines, checklists, briefings, and event schedules
- Coordinate agencies, exhibition stand builders, venues, organizers, and other service providers
- Obtain and compare quotations and coordinate orders
- Support cost control and budget tracking
- Organize materials, transportation, setup, and dismantling
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
- Actively support and coordinate our events on site
- Organize internal events and employee events
- Ensure structured preparation, follow-up, and documentation
- Ensure transparent handovers and reliable operational coverage during absences
- Contribute ideas and learnings to continuously improve our events and processes
General Projects & Organization

- Brand marketing activities and activations
- Sponsorship projects and partnerships
- Organization of training sessions and workshops
- Internal events and company initiatives
- Organizational support for location-related or change-management topics
- Coordination of external service providers and partners
- Research, scheduling, and organizational preparation
- Creation of process, task, and status overviews
- Tracking deadlines and agreed actions
You will work closely with the respective departments involved and provide support wherever strong organizational skills and execution power are needed.
Your skillset - as strong as our protein
- Completed vocational training or degree in Event Management, Events, Marketing, Communications, or a comparable field
- Initial practical experience in the trade fair and event environment is required
- Hands-on experience in the preparation, execution, and/or on-site support of trade fairs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Structured, reliable, and proactive way of working
- Enjoy taking ownership of your own areas of responsibility and bringing tasks to completion
- Strong awareness of priorities, deadlines, and details
- Ability to coordinate several topics and stakeholders in parallel
- Creativity and a good sense of brand, presentation, and atmosphere
- Professional and confident manner when dealing with service providers, partners, and colleagues
- Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented approach—even when things do not go according to plan on site
- Very good MS Office skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to travel within Germany and internationally is required for this position
- Willingness to work flexible hours in connection with trade fairs and events
